Route

The cycling stages require a good basic condition, which should be acquired as a regular cyclist. The cycling stages of 30 - 60 km in length lead through hilly and mountainous terrain and are cycled without time constraints. Steeper or longer climbs can also be mastered. The roads are mainly asphalted and not very busy outside the vacation periods.

Individual arrival in Dubrovnik. Embarkation between 14:00 and 14:30 in the city harbor Gruž. At around 16:30 we offer you a guided city tour of Dubrovnik. Here you will learn interesting details about the city’s history and visit the most important sights. Overnight stay in Dubrovnik to give you the opportunity to enjoy this extraordinary city in the evening.

In the morning, we take a boat to the island of Šipan. You will explore the island by bike with your guide and cycle through a fertile valley between two limestone ridges, past a number of villas. After the bike tour, you will continue by boat to the green island of Mljet, which is one of the most densely wooded islands in the entire Mediterranean with a forest cover of 70 percent. On your cycle tour, you will cycle from Pomena through the Mljet National Park with its two small saltwater lakes and the monastery of St. Mary, which is idyllically situated on a small island. Your boat awaits you in Pomena for dinner and overnight stay.

Today’s cycle tour takes you across the beautiful island of Lastovo, which is known beyond the borders of Croatia, not least for the golden yellow white wine "Marastina" grown here. The subsequent crossing takes you to the island of Korčula, which is one of the most beautiful islands in Dalmatia. The picturesque island capital of Korčula, with its herringbone-like alleyways, competes with Venice for the honor of having been the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. A short guided tour peppered with stories of this beautiful city concludes today’s program.

On today’s cycle tour, you will explore the entire island of Korčula - considered by many to be one of the most beautiful islands in Dalmatia. A Mediterranean climate and breathtaking scenery await you. Marvel at the beautiful views, rich vegetation and deep blue water. Enjoy dinner on board and end the active day relaxing in the large, sheltered bay of Vela Luka.

Today begins with a relaxed crossing to the town of Hvar on the island of the same name. Use the time before the start of the cycle tour for a short tour of the island’s capital. Today’s cycle tour takes you through small villages and lavender fields over the ridge of the island to today’s stage destination Stari Grad. In the afternoon you have time to discover the artists’ town of Stari Grad and visit the local galleries.

In the morning you take a picturesque cycle tour from Stari Grad to the port of Jelsa. After an ice cream or coffee break in Jelsa, the cycle tour continues through the picturesque town of Vrboska and through the famous Stari Grad field, which was parceled out by ancient Greeks and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Back in Stari Grad, cast off for the crossing to the island of Brač. If the weather conditions are good, you can stop for a swim in a beautiful bay before arriving in the harbor town of Milna.

Today’s cycle tour leads from Milna along the north coast of Brač with wonderful views of the Dalmatian islands and the mainland opposite to the port of Postira. There the ship awaits you for the last crossing of the week to Split. After your arrival in Split, you will have enough time to visit the old town, which was built into the famous palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian and is a World Heritage Site, and take part in a guided tour. Afterwards, bring your eventful trip to a close with a cozy dinner and final evening on board.

After breakfast disembarkation and individual trip home or extended stay in Croatia.
